Many of our products are handmade and may be available in limited quantities. Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued or unavailable without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue a product at any time.
If we are unable to fulfill an order that has already been placed due to inventory, production, or other circumstances, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.
Product Descriptions & Photos
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products.
Because handmade items are individually created, the item you receive may have minor differences from the product photographs or from another item of the same design. These differences are considered a natural part of handmade goods and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, products, availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and paid for.
Payments are securely processed through Wix and its applicable payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment card information.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or listing errors. If an obvious error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to discuss the appropriate resolution.

An order confirmation confirms that your order has been received. It does not necessarily mean that your order has shipped.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder and contact us if you need assistance.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling, names, dates, wording, measurements, and other information required for personalized or custom products.
Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order.
Custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, except where otherwise required by law or in cases involving a damaged or defective item.
Custom orders may have different processing times depending on the item and scope of the request.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders typically require 3–7 business days for processing before they are shipped. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
We currently ship through USPS. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout. Expedited shipping generally applies to transit time after processing and does not necessarily shorten our 3–7 business-day processing time.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by The Gray House Goods.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, The Gray House Goods is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located.
If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend checking your delivery area, household members, neighbors, and contacting your local USPS office.
Customers may also contact USPS regarding eligible claims or delivery concerns.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for eligible items that are returned within 14 days of delivery and meet the requirements outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Sale items, clearance items, custom or personalized items, and used items are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item is determined to be damaged or defective.
